Policy and Procedure
Registration:
All Registration and Monthly Fee payments for Evolution Tae Kwon Do must be turned into the Instructor at the preferred location. All monthly fee discounts/coupons must be redeemed by calling or dropping off coupon to that Instructor. Feel free to contact them with any other questions regarding a specific location.
Class Days and Times:

Monthly Fees and Cancellation Policy:
Monthly fees are set at a flat rate of $55.00 per month and cover regular training classes only. Monthly fees are to be paid by the 1st class of each month. Any fees not paid by the 10th day of the month will be charged a $10.00 late fee. These fees are a month-to-month basis. All fees are final and no refunds will be given. If you can’t make it one month or want to cancel, it is the students/parents responsibility to give a written notice 14 days before the month begins to avoid the monthly charge. Families with more than one immediate family member enrolled with Evolution Tae Kwon Do will be charged a reduced rate as a family discount, as long as more than one member remains enrolled. All other charges still apply per individual.

Testing:
Testing is usually done every 3 months. A student is recommended by the instructor if he/she is ready. Every student has to work hard to earn their belt. If a student does not pass he/she will be able to retest during regular classes. Forms are emailed out and handed out in classes. All color belt tests are $40.00 and are to be turned in with the test form to the instructor.

Belt Colors:
Belt colors order promotes from White, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Purple trim, Brown, Red to Black.
Uniforms and Equipment:
There are many different types of equipment used by various martial art styles. All equipment and Uniforms must be ordered by Evolution Tae Kwon Do. This ensures the proper style, quality, and approved equipment used by Evolution Tae Kwon Do.
Tournaments:
Tournaments are by invitation only. Flyers will be handed out in class or emailed. Tournaments are NOT required for a student to advance in rank. Tournaments are an extracurricular activity that one can take part in at their own expense.
Winter Weather and Canceled Classes:
There are no classes on major holidays (Christmas eve, Christmas day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, etc..). These dates will always be emailed out.
For extreme weather conditions cancellations will be announced on the web site, Facebook (make sure you “like” our page), emailed, and or voice mail. It is the students/parents responsibility to check Facebook, email or call to verify the status of classes during winter conditions.
